GRAMBLING, La - Southern University soccer fell to Grambling State, 4-0 Sunday afternoon at Grambling State Soccer Field. 

Southern falls (2-10-1, 1-5-1), Grambling improves to (7-9-1, 4-3-0)

The Jaguars fell short today to Grambling. The Tigers managed to score three of the four goals in the first half. 

Grambling outshot Southern, 26-4, and posted14-2 shots on target advantage. Goalkeeper, Chioma Eriken had 10 saves out of 14 shots on goal. Eriken recorded an entire 90-minutes in Sunday's game. The Tigers had a 9-1 advantage in corner kicks.

The Jaguars will host Mississipi Valley State Friday, October 25 at 6:00 p.m. at Jaguar Park. Friday nights game will also be senior night. Then Sunday, October 27 they will host Alcorn State at 1:00 p.m.
