Last year, over 10 metro Baton Rouge area Restaurants, including BRQ, Walk-Ons and Boil and Roux Southern Kitchen, and catering companies showcased some of their signature cuisine and food products inside the Belle of Baton Rouge Casino Atrium while SU coaches and athletic personnel mixed and mingled with fans during the three-hour event.
Critically acclaimed jazz and R&B band, The Michael Foster Project, is set to headline the night's entertainment. Taste of The Jag will also feature a Battle of the Healthy Chef Cooking Competition sponsored by Hi Nabor, where local Chef's will prepare a simple, yet delectable meal in 30 minutes. WBRZ News Anchor Brandi B. Harris will serve as one of the celebrity guest judges along with the voice of the Jaguars, Chris Powers of the SU Sports Radio Network.
