FORT WORTH, Teaxs - Severe weather and rain in the Dallas-Fort Worth area forced the postponement of Southern University's first round game against Alabama A&M in the 2013 SWAC Baseball Tournament.

The Jaguars will take the field for a 9 a.m. first pitch at LaGrave Field in Fort Worth, Texas.

The winner of the Southern-Alabama A&M matchup will meet Alabama State, who dispatch Prairie View A&M 16-0 in seven innings, Thursday night at 9 p.m.

Start times for all games on Thursday have been shifted to accomdate the final game of the first round.
